I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, and a Master's  Degree in Counseling Psychology. I am also a credentialed School Psychologist.

In my private practice, I provide therapy for children, adolescents, adults and families. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them look at their strengths and abilities while also exploring what may be interfering with their happiness. Sometimes that's learning how to manage difficult feelings, stress or conflict. My responsibility is to provide a safe place for my clients to express themselves without feeling judged. Together we can find alternatives and tools that will allow for lasting changes in their lives and strengthen connections with others.

I also work in a school-based setting where I provide specialized therapeutic and educational support services for school age children whose emotional, behavioral or social cognitive difficulties interfere with school functioning. I have completed Michelle Garcia Winner's Social Thinking internship and mentor training and I am able to provide social/cognitive thinking to Aspergers and high functioning Autistic children and adolescents.
